Escort Data Loggers Inc. warrants all instruments for 24 months from date of purchase, excluding batteries. The warranty is invalidated by the following:
- Willful damage, mistreatment, misuse or abuse of instruments, devices and products.
- Broken IP seal.
- Loss or damage caused by presence of moisture inside the instrument unless ordered with immersion rating.
- Modifications from specifications made by the customer or others.
- Exposure of the logger to temperatures outside those specified for storage or operation.
- Exposure of the logger to environmental conditions outside those specified for storage or operation.
- Situations where the printed circuit board has been removed or shows evidence of tampering.
- Identify the device by serial number and product code and call us toll-free at 877-999-3357 or email at support@escortdataloggers.com and receive a service return materials authorization code and form. Complete the SRMA form with a written description of the problem. Include the completed SRMA form and product in the return package and ship it to us at 18145 Main Street, P.O. Box 309, Buchanan, Virginia 24066-0309, and Attn: Service Department SRMA#___. Return shipping costs are a customer responsibility. We will evaluate and test the product, after evaluation we will provide an estimate repair fee or replacement product and return the package to you. Repair fees and replacement is based on whether or not product is still under warranty.
